Qualifications:
- Graduate of Information Technology or any IT related course
- With at least 1-2 years experience in software/hardware selling
- Must be knowledgeable in negotiation, customer relations and marketing
- Must show expertise in decision-making and problem-solving
- Must have good communication skills and confident in presenting to a large audiencee
- Cloud Storage and Infrastructure experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- To meet performance and key results given by immediate supervisor
- Must be knowledgeable in cloud solutions and IT products
- To tap new client’s leads, see or show how our hardware/software can be benefit for their company manages the account and convert leads to customers
- This includes doing demonstrations and proof of concepts to a minimum number of clients each week
- To handle all pre-sales related transactions until project has been delivered
- To act as frontline in clients and maintaining good business relationship
- This includes joining client meetings even after sales are made
- To make sure customer payment to products/solution sold is processed and collected at the appropriate time
- This includes actively pursuing follow up on the upgrade products
- To regularly update management on the progress leads and prospects and get support from management and technical group in meeting customer requirements
- To be able to turn business leads to new clients
